Our Story

For years, Ari balanced the demands of being both a landlord and a hedge fund manager. As life priorities shifted, he faced the same dilemma every landlord eventually encounters: how do you retire from managing rental properties without losing the wealth you’ve built? Drawing from his background in asset management, Ari knew the 721 Exchange was a powerful tool used by institutions and the ultra-wealthy to defer taxes and preserve wealth. But it was highly complex, expensive to structure, and completely out of reach for everyday property owners.

In 2020, Flock was founded to change that. By building the first seamless, tech—enabled 721 Exchange platform, Flock democratized a strategy once reserved for billion-dollar portfolios, giving individual landlords an easier path to passive investing, wealth preservation, and financial freedom.

The Flock Fund launched with its first client to make the 721 Exchange accessible.
